My White Label Domain/ Tours Suddenly Stopped Working

If your white label domain and your white label tours suddenly stopped working, it most likely means there is a problem with your domain name. Usually it's because the domain name has expired.

If we registered the domain name for you, please contact us using the email link in the right hand column on this page.

If you registered your own domain name, please login to your registar and check to make sure the domain name is still paid for and active. If it is not, you may need to reactivate it or renew it.  Please follow these steps:

 

1. Contact your registar and ask them "How do I reactivate my domain name"

 

2. Reactivate your domain name.

 

3. Verify that you have the following settings still for your domain name:

 

Set the DNS Servers to the following:

Host IP Address / URL Record Type

@ 75.101.163.44 A (Address)

@ 75.101.145.87 A (Address)

@ 174.129.212.2 A (Address)

www proxy.heroku.com CNAME (Alias)
