Does the syndication process happen automatically and is it included in the price?

Syndication is included in the price. It is not on by default, but you can activate it by going to the edit tour page, and checking the box for "syndicate to trulia, zillow, etc". You only need to check the box one time, then it will continually syndicate the tour.
